Experience, knowledge, salary, or what?

This still about internship. Yesterday, I applied myself in one of startup in Jakarta. This startup is pretty famous because their business concept which is unique. Luckily, the position that open for internship program is suitable to my major. I am so happy today that I get a replied email from them. They ask me about my last GPA, internship period, and what I expect from that intern. Somehow, I feel this is my way that Allah has given to me, I am happy yet until I tell my friend who receive the email as well about this happy news. Sadly, she was still in doubt to have intern in that startup. My other friends who have applied in there (and also already had interview) also say something about salary intern that makes me confuse. I wonder, what is my real priorities in choosing place for internship? Experience, knowledge, salary, the office, friends, or what? Why do I still confuse in all things?! To be honest, I already have the answer. But, I am still not sure of that. The first t

Internship?

Well. I am in the third year now which means in this summer I have to do intern in any company as long as I work as an IT-things. Slowly but sure, one by one my friends already get their place of work, except me. It is kinda sad, tho. My major is not really specific so I need to have specific passion for my carrier. I plan to have internship in a company, somehow I would prefer to get internship in company rather than in a startup.  I have apply myself in many places, but until now I still do not get the right position. Calling from number 021 is eagerly awaited by me. I am sure, Allah has a better plan for myself. Be patient, be grateful, and Man Jadda Wa Jada!

Chaotic

Have you ever feel you have a lot of works to do but you do not know what to start? Or have you ever feel chaotic in doing your many many many assignments? Well. That is what I feel right now huft. These weeks is gonna be my busy week since my deadlines pile up like a mountain. In spite of knowing the badness of being deadliner... I still can not overcome this. Okay then, stop complaining. Look at the picture! You have to always look on the bright side, which means you have a lot of things to be grateful of. Yaps, that is my wallpaper in my laptop now. Man jadda wa jada! Most of you maybe know about "Marketeers". Yaps, this is the Indonesia's #1 Marketing Media. I bought this magazine in Togamas two days ago. I suddenly fell in love with this magazine because of the color. Taraa! Look at this cutie purple pink magazine. This series tell about Financial Technology (Fintech). The topic is kinda interesting because in this magazine they compare company or startup relate to Fintech. There are many new informations I get from this. Somehow, I plan to subscribe this magazine as my preference. That's all :)

Have just finished read my books. These books really change my way of thinking, tho. I read two books this  weekend. As you can see, the first book is Strive for Excellence by Ellies Sutrisna. She is the BEST. BEST stands for Bookwriter, Enterpreneur, Speaker, and Trainer). She inspires me so much with her story. She gives encouraging quote "be the best, do the best, and have the best". In this book, she want to tell us that in achieving success we need to work hard, work smart, work fast, and the most important thing is work with heart. The second book is Never Give Up: Jack Ma in His Own Words edited by Suk Lee and Bob Song. This book quotes Jack Ma's words from many references. It groups the words by kinds, such as leadership, entrepreneur, life lessons, and many others. In 2015, Jack Ma was one of the 22 most powerful people in the world. His struggling in carrier makes me have spirit to NEVER GIVE UP in my life. I am currently having spirits to improve

Ordinary Day

Hari kemaren kehidupanku berjalan seperti biasa. Bangun, kuliah, gitu deh. Eh tapi ada sesuatu yang berbeda nih. Mulai kemaren kegiatanku sebagai asisten mata kuliah Analisis Kebutuhan Sistem resmi dimulai. Nindy (sebagai koordinator), Devita, Ica, dan aku masuk ke kelas STI 2015 untuk memberi arahan tentang tugas besar. Agak caleuy sih kami, soalnya ternyata laptop yang dipake buat presentasi ternyata gak bisa HDMI jadi ya gitu deh. Tapi selo banget sih. Sebenarnya besok (Rabu, 15 Februari 2017) itu libur karena pemilihan kepala daerah. Harusnya aku bisa begadang ngerjain apapun karena gak harus bangun pagi. Tapi apa daya kemaren habis ngerjain organigram untuk ASSISTS aku langsung tepar ampe pagi hahaha. Sedih gak produktif. Ohya, mulai kemaren aku baca buku baru. Judulnya "Sedekah Membabi Buta". Dari review yang ada, buku karya Edi Sutisna ini katanya bagus banget. Yaudah, ayo lanjutkan membacanya supaya tau haha. Demikian dulu ya. Ini ngetiknya pagi-pagi pas

Everything's gonna be alright.

Mulai hari ini berkomitmen untuk selalu nulis di blog. Ntah mau nulis yang jelas, gak jelas, random , atau apapun. Menulis lebih susah dibanding membaca, katanya. Soalnya menulis membutuhkan pemikiran tentang apa yang akan ditulis. Ya gitu deh. Apapun itu, aku pengen nulis. Ceritanya hari ini kuliah di hari Senin. Ya, biasa aja. Kuliah berjalan seperti biasa. Tapi, hari ini ada sesuatu yang bikin satu kelas deg deg . Apa gerangan yang terjadi sehingga satu kelas bisa jadi gitu? Gak tau deng, satu kelas apa aku doang yang lebay. Jadi, ceritanya hari ini pembagian kelompok untuk tugas besar (disingkat tubes) Arsitektur Enterprise (AE). Apa yang membuat tubes AE ini 'spesial'? Tubes ini adalah tubes yang paling chaos  sedunia (?) Biasanya, tubes-tubes anak STI tiap minggu cuma satu dokumen per minggu, kali ini tubes AE dalam dua minggu sekelompok disuruh bikin 9 dokumen.
